This department deals with lawsuits claiming for loss profits and emerging damages, risk management, guarantees, including the extrajudicial procedures that regulate the losses for claims or the insurance´s policies and/or damages, insurance´s certifications, legal opinion, protests, surveys, It also renders legal and technical consulting on fatal accidents, and against insurance´s companies and insurance´s brokers, Insurance´s Agency and IRBre (reinsurance´s agency).
