Lawyer graduated by the University of Vale do Itajaí’s School of Law in 1997, Adão is co-founder of Agripino & Ferreira Advogados.

He also holds a Master of Laws from the same institution, awarded in 2012, and a postgraduate diploma in Contemporary Law from the University of Contestado.

Currently, besides being a lawyer, Adão is professor of Maritime Law and Port Law at the University of Vale do Itajaí, teaching in the School of Law and the School of International Trade.
