Lawyer graduated by the University of Vale do Itajaí’s School of Law, same institution where he was awarded a postgraduate diploma in Customs and International Trade Law.

Before starting to work as associate attorney at the Agripino & Ferreira Advogados, Lucas was a trainee in several chambers of mediation and arbitration.

He is also author of many articles regarding Maritime Law, being centrepiece his chapter titled Da Greve como Causa Excludente da Responsabilidade Civil na Demurrage de Contêiner: Força Maior e Caso Fortuito no Direito Brasileiro, in the book Teoria e Prática da Demurrage de Contêiner, organized by Osvaldo Agripino de Castro Jr., and published in 2018.
