Lawyer graduated by the University of Vale of Itajaí's School of Law, Lara is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Civil Procedure at the University Cândido Mendes, in Rio de Janeiro.

Before starting to work as associate attorney at the Agripino & Ferreira Advogados, Neicelara was a trainee at the 4th Civil Court of Itajaí, SC and at the State of Santa Catarina's Attorney General’s Office.
